Beats People Movement stands for a collective foundation of creative exposure. Over time we will be introducing a regular podcast of exclusive audio content, artist write-ups, recommended events, reviews and photos with a focus on the local Dubstep scene here in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Who’s behind the Movement?

Well everybody really. We aim to be a small yet important part of the Big Picture.

Dapht One writes the posts, promotes or co-promotes the events and MC’s at Dubstep gigs around NZ.
He has formal training in Digital Media, Live Sound and Event Production.

Katakah takes photos at gigs around NZ, designs logos and other bits.
She has formal training in Graphic Design and Photography.
